Return Policy for Incorrect Addresses
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, a $10 restocking fee will apply to cover administrative costs. Additionally, the customer will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping, the restocking fee, and the reshipping fee.
In-Person Pick Up/ Nationwide Shipping
In-Person Pick-Up Option: We also offer the convenience of in-person pick-up for customers located in North York, specifically at Finch & Leslie. However, prior arrangements need to be made by contacting us beforehand to confirm the pick-up location and schedule.
National Wide Shipping: BarkiesNGoodies offers nationwide shipping across Canada, collaborating with diverse carriers to ensure prompt and reliable delivery. For orders exceeding $130, complimentary shipping is provided within Canada, automatically applied at checkout without the need for a promotional code.
For orders below $130, shipping fees vary based on location:
- Within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA): $8.5 *|Check below for Postal Code for applies to GTA Fee|
- Within Ontario (outside GTA): $12
- Outside Ontario: $18

Pre-Order Terms and Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply when you pre-order an item from MARCUS ELIZABETH. By placing a pre-order, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms, so please read them carefully before you place a pre-order and keep a copy or note for your records.
Placing a pre-order
Pre-released orders (“Pre-orders”) are orders for items that are not yet produced/in-stock. Pre-orders are collected and will be produced at the end of the collection period. Pre-orders is a sustainable way to collect orders before production.
Payments
Pre-order payments do not guarantee availability of the item but represent your offer (“Offer”) to buy the item when it is generally released for sale. We reserve the right not to accept your Offer and the your Offer is only accepted once the Pre-ordered item is despatched.
When you place a Pre-order, you will need to pay the full upfront price of the item. You may cancel your Pre-order and get a full refund of your Pre-order Payments at any time before the item has been despatched.
Delivery
When items are produced, orders will be shipped to you, subject to availability. For some areas delivery will take longer.
Release dates are subject to change. As a result, we cannot be liable for any changes to Release dates or pre-order windows advertised by us.
Cancellation
Either party may cancel a Pre-order at any time for any or no reason prior to our notice to you that the items has been despatched (“Despatch Notice”). If cancellation occurs before the Despatch Notice, you will be entitled to a full refund of your pre-order payment.
The purchase of items is subject to additional terms and conditions, which will be notified to you before you complete your purchase, in your order confirmation. When you buy from our online shop, our online shop purchasing terms will also apply, see our general terms and conditions.

Responsibility for Shipping Delays and Losses
BarkiesNGoodies is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages once they have been shipped. Factors such as weather conditions, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances may cause delays in delivery. While we strive to provide the best shipping experience possible, please understand that some factors are beyond our control.
